Usually a few mins late so best to call a bit earlier for your pick up. Thing that bugs me the most is drivers asking for cash at the start of the ride instead of debit or credit. I've had a few different drivers ask me this . Then out of no where there debit machine doesnt work and have to pull money for them at a gas station.

Unprofessional company, Sitting at a green light because one of your drivers are sitting on there phone, pulled up and confronted him about it he then used foul language and started swearing at us and said he doesnt care about the rules of the road cab #3 around 5:20ish pm Calgary.
