I left nearly crying. Once she had taken the towel off my hair my stomach dropped. It wasn't until I told her this is nothing what it was supposed to be she suddenly began telling me all the errors that happened during the process. Apparently they did not have enough solution for my hair... and they did not even have the color of dye I went in for so they tried mixing colors! If you love your hair do not go here! Not only is my hair nothing like what I wanted but the amount of lying and scamming they did behind my back to cover it up is disgusting.
The staff is very upbeat! Thrilled to have me come for a walk in haircut! David did a most excellent cut ant style. He had to repair another job done the day before. He made it look great!!The hair wash was an incredible combination of scalp massage and cleaning. My head felt refreshed. They served me coffee just the way I like it! The whole experience was top notch! Tuesday's are $15 Men's hair cut day! Don't miss out!
Unfortunately, I left the salon in tears as I was originally supposed to be charged 100$ to get my tape in extensions removed, hair cut and the tape in extentions put back in. After 2.5 hrs of complications with taking my tape ins out I was left with sticky residue and oily hair. My hair was left half dried, and was not cut or styled. They also did not wash my extensions or re tape them. My hair dresser did not talk to me about the price and left the salon. A couple hours later my friend was finished getting her hair done by another hairdresser, I was charged 63$ (over half of the original price) for 1 out of 5 services to be preformed. (Tape ins taken out, wash, cut, tape ins put in and styled.) I was offered a free hair cut but I live far away and it is not worth the drive. Not impressed with Salon Harper.
First time at this salon and it was an amazing experience. The decor and ambience is so nice and the staff are so friendly! David is the stylist I see for my hair and he always does a perfect job and is so easy to talk to about what I want to do with my hair. I have never been disappointed. Very impressed and will be back as well as recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great hair place!
