Great place to go for an out-of-province inspection. The service was excellent and the price was lower than anywhere in Calgary. Very quick and efficient in response to phone calls and emails. I also received some excellent advice that resulted in some big savings with repairs being covered under warranty. Although my 4 year warranty had long expired, the 6 year power terrain warranty was applicable. Will return to Dandy! Worth the trip to Airdrie:)

Just had my car fully detailed at Dandy including the carpet shampoo and exterior power polish. They also managed to get out the dents in my leather seats due to child seats! Great service, the price is right, and they did an amazing job. Would not hesitate recommending them to friends.
I was holding off to my experience at Dandy but feel that it's my duty to share so it might help other consumers. It's a long one but worth the read. I got my car's out of province inspection done at Dandy auto 2 months ago, they recommended few things, I got it all done and was happy with the service. Fast forward a month and I decided to fix the brake light on the right side that stopped working and told them about the 50$ coupon they provided me through email. They agreed to it and I made the appointment.(I knew going in that only one light was not working because I checked the rest and some of the lights were replaced when I got my out of province inspection done.)So now I'm at Dandy and this guy "MATT" tells me that the lights on the left side aren't working as well. I was confused and surprised to hear that and sure enough he showed me the lights weren't working. I was shocked. I told him that it can't be possible as I got them fixed here just a month ago. So now he opens the trunk and connects the wires (that he disconnected in the first place) in front of my freaking eyes and asks me "did you disconnect them?". And at that point I struggled to keep it together but I did. I said fix the light I came in here for and I'll be on my way. I complained to the lady at the front and she is in denial mode. So I'm like whatever, I am not coming back here. 5 minutes later Matt comes to me and says, all the lights are working fine now. And, they waived the extra dollars that I was suppose to pay. So this hits all the check marks of a shady practice to me and puts a big question mark to their credibility. I suspect this might be a racial thing or because they had a prior knowledge of the coupon. Whatever the case, I wanted to bring this experience to "light" so it might save someone else's hard earned cash. So much for the CAA approved garage.
I brought in my car to have them inspect work done by another body shop following a rear-end collision. I was worried after noticing a few things that were not done right. Dandy Auto was very accommodating and put together a budget-friendly package to check the wheel alignment and visually inspect my vehicle. They explained everything very clearly to me, provided photos that I could take back to the original body shop, and completed an adjustment at no-charge. Excellent service! Would certainly recommend and use Dandy Auto again in the future. Thank you!
