Steve has managed to accommodate any diesel concern I have brought in. He does high end quality work. I've never come back for the same issue. Steve is highly competent and professional. He "knows" his stuff. He's reasonable and very fair. I'd recommend Steve and his shop any day of the week and twice on Sundays. Five Stars hands down.
I received exceptional service from Leading Edge Automotive!! Steve was able to schedule me in to look at my car right away, diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to fix my car promptly. I have never had that happen before. I always seem to be the first to bring my car in and the last to take my car out. The company is extremely honest and down-to-earth. Prices were really good!! He did not overcharge me at all!!! I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car in to him again. I also found out he specializes in diesel vehicles so if you have a diesel vehicle .... he's your man!!!UPDATE: 6 months later my front brakes needed to be done....I don't have a diesel but I bring my Honda Civic in to see Steve because I have gotten good service from him in the past so I always see what he can do for me.Recently, I went to get my brakes done at Leading Edge. He quoted me $200 less than Mr Lube to get my brakes done. When I came to pick up my car, it was $100 less than he quoted me.UPDATE: I got something stuck in my driver's side key lock (due to my own fault) so I had to get my lock replaced. He did fast and great work again and it was about $50 cheaper than her quoted me.I should note ... that there some coffee shops, etc a short walk away, so I often go there while my car is getting fixed. ***The reason I keep updating my experiences I receive at Leading Edge is because I gotten such great service from them compared to other mechanics in Airdrie.
