Staff was great, led me to items I was looking for and ordered the size in for me. Offered excellent sizing advice. Great sale prices too!
Much more than just work wear, now serving ladies wear as well. I wear larger sizes and Mark's can help me gear up.
I ordered three items through an online fast-find all together, which all arrived within the same day at different times in two separate packages. The estimated delivery period is 4-8 days on the website; the order arrived in 10 days. I called up the store to inquire as to wether they had arrived and the employee said they had arrived that morning. When I went to pick up the products, the employee said that only half of my order has been delivered. The employee on the phone failed to address this. Later that night, I received an email indicating my order had arrived. I called the store 12 minutes before closing to ask if it would be too late to pick the order up. The employee on the phone said that if I could be there before 9 I could pick it up, extremely sarcastically. I arrived at the store for 8:59 and the door was locked. I began knocking and a man who appeared to be a maintenance guy looked over at me and continued walking. He then walked past once again and very defensively yelled were closed! I responded indicating that it was 8:59, I had called earlier and was just picking up a fast find. He called his manager over who looked at me as though I was committing a crime and yelled once again that they were closed and it was too late. I told her it was just a fast find and that I had called earlier. Then, another woman walked up and said the same thing to me. She said the fast find cabinet was locked; I have ordered through this service before and know that this cabinet is lock and key operated! They all looked at me as though I was going to rob them. I then left.I understand that they did not want to open the door but I would have appreciated it if the woman on the phone wouldnt have cheated me by saying that as long as I was there by 9 it would be fine (obviously not!!). Every other store will stay open at least until closing, if a customer has called and they know someone is on their way. If the store closes before the closing time, change the closing time. My order was over $100. Dont lie and cheat customers!! If I could give this place 0 stars, trust me I wouldnt hesitate!! Highly dissatisfied with this location and will never return!!!
A bit pricey but its a big store that sells lots of good workwear and clothing. Only thing that really bothers me are the people that help you find stuff. I find myself being asked by every employee in the store if I want help and it feels a bit pestering when you just want to take a look on your own. Even when I did ask for help one time the lady was very unhelpful because she wasnt familiar with the section of the store I was shopping in. I get that the staff is trying to be friendly but sometimes I wish they would just leave me alone and let me do my own thing.
I wish they would cater to the 'Big & Tall' market as there are on a couple places in the entire city that does and they are all very expensive. That being said, the store is very well kept and stocked and the staff are helpful. Their brands are typically good quality.
