Every time I have to come here I end up waiting in wrong lines and wasting hours simply because staff aren't helpful and the place lacks direction. The Airdrie courthouse is broken and needs to be fixed. Come for 9 and wait till 2:30 Making it impossible to deal with my legalities is not fair. The staff have a serious attitude problem with anyone who doesn't work there. Basically they treat you like a criminal as soon as you walk in the door no matter what. The justice of peace just reamed out a lawyer for not announcing his name. ''well I have no idea who you are so..'' the whole place is full of negative vibes right to the core. From reception to the officers. Hell hole. Now the lawyers and cops are laughing with each other over someone's sentence of 30 more days. This place is absolutely discusting and every moment I'm here my bad review gets larger and more offensive.
-Times are awful for anyone working Monday to Friday.-Customer Service on the phone is unfriendly and hardly helpful.-The inside of the building in very unorganized with no signage describing what each line is for. So yes if you stand in the wrong line get ready for an hour long wait followed by an unhelpful person at the desk, being sent to the back of the second line and waiting another hour just to pay a ticket.This courthouse really needs to review and fix their entire system and staff, and if one review isn't good enough then take a look at all the other reviews saying the exact same thing.
They are rude and short with you. Not to mention if you were sick and couldn't make it. They will not help you at all. They will make a example of you.

Unorganized , old system, Alberta province and judicial system making tons of money, RCMP and Calgary Police is a big mafia, they don't control crime in the streets but makes money by issuing traffic tickets as compared to other big cities like Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver where traffic violation fines are much less whereas in Alberta it is three times more.Province is Greedy as need to change it. Everyone need to file a petition with the Government. Stop Mafia under the name of traffic Safety.
