I had a horrible dentist as a child, and my fear is real, I start to stress about going days before my appointments, Dr. Patel is a dental angel. Her pleasant demeanour, her sense of humour, always gets me to a comfortable place. She always explains everything that will be done, she lets me know that Im doing great. I can watch Netflix with headphones which is another plus. Her assistants are fabulous as well, theyre all aware of my fear, and make me feel comfortable. The administration staff especially Jessica are so kind and accommodating, and get me in and out very quickly. Switching to Kingsview Dental is one of the best decisions Ive ever made, I give them 10 huge gold stars.
Best dental clinic Ive been to. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for better service. Dr. Patel is amazing! She takes her time to understand how I was feeling on the chair and made me comfortable. Dr. explained me everything before I left.Office staff is accommodating in finding the appointment that works best for me. The staff is great and they go above and beyond.
Very thorough, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have been very flexible with us and our busy schedule (we needed to re-book some appointments last minute, and even though we are not supposed to, they accommodated last minute).They have helped us with plans moving forward for our family and we are very excited we changed dentists so far!
I give this dental office 1 star and apparently I cannot give a 0. I had no issues with my teeth before having the work, they stated needed to be done, completed. After they completed the work I had to go back for a repeat visit as I was experiencing high sensitivity and pain. They said this is normal which I know is false as I have had this procedure completed by other dentists numerous times and never had this problem before. Additionally their hygienist advised I come in for cleaning ever 4 months instead of the normal 6 months that every other dentist recommends. I know this is simply a money grab as when I inquired as to why I would come in more he said "don't worry about it your benefits will pay for it." I strongly recommend go to any other dental office over this one as I have good teeth and now have problems I did not have before going into this office.
Kingsview Dental provides great service from the reception staff to the hygienists and the dentists. Their pricing seems fair (unlike some other overinflated dental businesses in town) and they seem to care a lot about the patient. Other dentists seem so busy and focussed on turning a profit that customer (patient) service is overshadowed by high volume production. It isn't the biggest or flashiest office around, but its comfortable, modern, well equipped and exactly what I was looking for in a Dentist. I highly recommend seeing Kingsview Dental.
