I love Canadian Tire...always a place to find what I need. Those little things that are hard to find...? They got em.. clean store.. isle help and fast exits... in.. got.. paid.. out..home... keep up the good work
Initially there was an issue with auto parts that they ordered that were incorrect and it caused a delay but they were very speedy in getting the right parts in and on my vehicle - for basic things like shocks they are just fine. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great location right off #2 - lots of parking.Having someone at the front door to guide you to the things you want is a good idea!
I've been to alot of Canadian tire stores, but this is by far the absolute best one I've ever been to! Staff were amazing, polite and extremely coordinated, everyone knew their departments like the back of their hand and the prices were great, especially with Alberta's lower taxes. We went in looking for a headphone to FM radio transmitter and came out with a 40 watt solar panel, large deep cycle battery, 500w inverter, windshield sun reflectors and the transmitter! Highly recommended.
I had scheduled my vehicle in for an oil change and asked them to take a look at my front driver side tire. Turns out I needed new tires, sure fix them. When I picked up my vehicle the front passenger tire sensor was not working. When I asked an employee about this he couldn't look me in the eyes and said "it was broken and they could fix it if I paid for it". The tire sensor was working completely fine before I dropped it off and before they put the new tires on. If they broke it when they were installing the tires, that's fine stuff happens. but they shouldn't be asking their customers to pay for their mistakes. I tried contacting the service manager, No answer.
Big store and good selection. Staff are friendly but scarce. This store has great sales and you can usually get what you want at a considerable discount if you are patient. This rating would be 5 stars but Canadian Tires return policy is less than spectacular and they dont bend on it at all.
