Received flowers for my graduation. Due to being left out of water, they started to wilt. I brought them back to Summerhill florist and explained what happen. She not only replaced the dead ones, she also replaced them with more expensive ones at no charge. Excellent customer service. Especially because I killed them apparently! Haha. I definitely recommend this business.
I cannot day enough about Summerhill. Colleen did all of the flowers for my wedding - including the centrepieces of 20 tables! When we went to her for our consult, she was very thorough. I only had a few things in mind and the rest was up to her. I told her I wanted a big bouquet with sunflowers. The bouquet turned out amazing and was a major highlight of my wedding! I also used her recently to put together a last minute bouquet for some anniversary photos. She put it together so effortlessly. I know shes my husbands go-to as well when he gets me flowers for any occasion. If you want great price and service with an exceptional product - I HIGHLY recommend Summerhill!

Collette was very pleasant to speak to, and the final product was very well done. The service was professional and prompt. However my review will be overall 3 out of 5 because the flowers were delivered to the wrong address, which was listed on both the confirmation email and on the card or the recipient, and I had to get a friend grab them and take them to the right address.
