  Although, on November 2, 2014, it will be 2 years since my father, Cecil Chandless passed away, I keep wishing I had given this review sooner. I can't remember names of all the kind people who helped my mother and I plan my father's funeral, One night receptionist helped me with some wording details for the obituary and she was so incredibly kind and generous with her time. It was great to be able to call 24 hrs a day too!! Thank you far too late, for all the compassion and help you gave to our family during the planning, the funeral, and tree dedication. Thank you so much!

  I received a call from the family today wanted us to know how much they appreciated the fantastic job by all our staff. They said the personnel at the service were great and they wanted to congratulate us on a job very well done. They also mentioned the more they go through the white box the more they love everyone we did for them. The cards, thanks you cards, photo memories with the painted disc and cover together with the great service we gave them they are very appreciative...

  Thank you to all the staff at McInnis and Holloway Airdrie. With my mother passing planning a funeral was my sisters and my first time. They treated us with respect and compassion. The memorial for my mom was flawless. I would also like to thanks the staff that work in the service office for their great service. A extra shoutout to Danielle, she showed so much compassion and respect at such a difficult time for us.
