Crappiest customer service, i get gas for my work vehicle here atleast 3 tanks a week* and everytime u come here they beg u to buy car wash ... well i fell for it and made a huge mistake by buying their carwash now they have this expiry on it and the attendant doesnt like to tell u this because they r busy selling and making money that they dont care declaring conditions on it...Mine expired on 17th jan this year and at the time of fillup i asked them to help me with this... apparently so called highly professional manager mr. WAZIR SAID SORRY CANT GIVE U A WASH COZ IT EXPIRED.... DIDNT BOTHER CHECKING THEIR SYSTEM to make sure that the customer is telling the truth and didnt redeem that car wash.... gave him original receipt but .... answer is no...This place has sh** service.. i will never buy any fuel or anything here ever.... Thieves....
I don't expect an exceptional customer care at the gas station, I mean it's a gas station. You just go, buy, pay and leave but to have a nice and friendly behaviour always leave a good impression. Last night I wanted to buy the fuel and a quick car wash. The idea was to pay the gas at the pump and pay the car wash with my Esso Prepaid car wash gift card. After paying for the gas at the pump I went in and tried to buy the quick car wash. First thing the attendant named Casey mentioned that the Quick wash doesn't wash the sides of the car. I am like are you sure? She repeatedly said the Quick car wash doesn't wash the sides of the car. Looks like she wanted to up sell me to the premium wash but her statement doesn't make any sense as she explained that the quick car wash only washes the top of your car and doesn't do the sides which is hard to believe and a stupid statement. Upon questioning more on this she just said "Sir, please don't argue as I know better" Anyway, I decided to get the premium wash and I said I need to pay with my Prepaid car wash card. She charged me the car wash without fuel which is little extra. I asked why are you charging me extra when I already paid for my gas at the pump? I just want to pay with prepaid car wash card for the wash. She started arguing that I am not buying the gas in this transaction so the charge for car wash has to be higher (without gas). I am like I already paid for the gas at the pump just charge me the lower amount for the car wash because I want to pay with my prepaid car wash card. She started to behave rude and asked me to leave the store as she didn't want to argue with me. I just simply noted her name and left. She was so rude and disrespectful that she didn't even bother to understand the problem and there was no other customers waiting in the line so she might have an excuse that she have to help the next customer. I was really upset with the negative behavior and rudeness. Doesn't bother me anymore but definitely not going to this location again for my car washes and gas.
Do not recommend this place for gas if you are trying to use Speedpass, the Speedpass option at the pumps hasn't worked for months and you are forced to go inside and line up behind the Slurpee buyers to pay for gas prior to fill up, nothing Speedy about that. The management and staff don't seem to have any good answer why or to even care. I'm not coming back.
