These guys are the ones we trust for our lumber needs. The knowledge they (John in particular) have provided us has been very helpful with our deck and fence builds. Also they beat everyone's prices and their lumber quality is very good.

It's great if you need garden gnomes, not good if you are a tradesman looking for materials and you will be looking for your materials there as they are spread out through the store. And expensive compared to other stores in town. They can't compete with Rona or home depot on prices as they are small or don't care...not sure which.
I have just had the worst plumbing experience of my entire life this week! However, Home Hardware was amazing at guiding me through after a million trips to and from the hardware store. One gentleman in the plumbing department was absolutely incredible ( I'm embarrassed to say I never got his name ). He guided me through every scenario and part imaginable and ultimately helped me to get to the end of this project. I have always shopped at home hardware because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff, but this was above and beyond. Thank you very much to home hardware! You don't get service like this at the bigger stores.
