I've been with my doctor for a few years and she is truly amazing! Sadly I have to give a low rating due to the receptionist and staff up front. They are rude and incompetent. If I didn't respect or appreciate how hard my doctor works I would find a new one.
Went there on June 4th ( Monday at 9 am ) , my right leg had swelled up and was told to have an ultrasound to insure no blood clots. they gave me the request and told me it was "behind Staples" .. So I traveled from McKenzie town , left an hr early to find a funeral home behind Staples.. When I finally found the place , I was 10 min late for my appointment. Later that evening I received a call from the receptionist and told me , she was calling on behalf of the Doctor... So this is where it gets ridicules.. Her English was so bad , I couldn't understand a word she was saying and I'm sure she didn't know what she was saying.. I was bewildered by this. WHY WOULD A DOCTOR LET SOMEONE THAT HAS NO ENGLISH SKILLS CALL TO TELL ME "EVERYTHING IS OK " ... Anyway , I would travel to another clinic if I were you....
Don't enter that dump.they make you stay in line for2 hours,doctors cant put a sentence together snd have nothing to do with medical problems. They will give you tylenol and advil.
Doctor is fantastic, reception is offensive. I asked for an appointment with my family doctor, the receptionist said that the doctor worked this morning but not anymore today so I can come tomorrow. Then she hung up. So do I have an appointment?
Absolutely DO NOT go here... I seriously am in shock by my experience with this establishment. These places should be monitored closer! Exactly what you dont want in a medical facility..! Or anywhere in ones life honesty..Even the if your desperate go to Urgent Care or drive into Calgary.. The staff are rude, incompetent and the doctors do nothing for you! MINUS STARS like a million of them, literally told me Im not a Canadian!?! In extremely broken English through a thick accent of her own (Just Wow)
