Dropped off 2 articles of clothing. 1 dress and 1 leather vest. Apparently I was charged the wrong price I had a interesting call at 8 am the following day I dropped off my clothing. The owner who has been runing the business for over 30 years hung up the phone on me after he told me I was charged the wrong price and that I was not charged for the leather vest to be sent out but to have paid for regular dry cleaning that may ruin the vest.. I told him I dont want any of my clothes ruined and to not do any dry cleaning and that I will take my clothes back to be brought to another dry cleaning service and would like a full refund he replied he can do the veast but it will cost 100% more then what I already paid and the conversation went back and forth.. he said things like I have to take the extra cost out of my employees pay check now if you dont pay full price because she charged you wrong I think if you made a price mistake you shouldnt call you costumers at 8am saying you paid the wrong price and were going to now chance it with your clothes and possible ruin themNobody wants to hear that and to be childish and hang up the phone when the customer is asking for you to not do any dry cleaning service but for a refund ... so weird.
Great service with a great price can't beat it. Vary friendly and understandable staff. When I told that I need my suit and pants dry clean the next day for a wedding they went the extra mile for me and did it the same day I turned it in.... can't thank you enough!!!!
I had a rush order and needed a suit, dress shirt and dress pants done in a few hours as we had a death in the family and had to head out of town. They were more than accommodating. They didnt charge me extra, and in fact got a discount! Clothes came out beautifully. I will definitely use again and highly recommend! Thank you
It was 2 days before my son's grad, and they were very helpful in getting all of my dress shirts pressed that day!! They didn't even charge me for the extra shirts that I dropped off later. Great service and the shirts turned out very nice. :)
