Mostly overpriced liquor store with staff that need customer service training. Purchased a bottle of wine only to find out that it was off when I got home. I returned the bottle (with a thimble of wine missing) and was told that they could not honour an exchange without the original receipt. Seriously? This is not the first time that this has happened to me and every other liquor was happy to accept an exchange for a new bottle of wine. Being reliable and responsive to customers needs are the most important part of the service industry. I'm disappointed that this store does not empower their staff to meet their customer's needs.
