I started going to Kristen Olijnyk a few months ago, and I couldnt be happier. I had never been to a massage therapist before going to see Kristen, and she made me feel completely comfortable. I have spent parts of 4 years in physio therapy and I feel like my massages have been more beneficial. Kristen is very knowledgeable, professional and always has me feeling 100% better when I leave!
I have been seeing Kristen Olijnyk for massages for several months and would recommend her without any hesitation. She always demonstrates professionalism, genuine concern for my health/well being and is just lovely, overall. She always starts the session with a brief assessment and outlines her approach to my massage. During the massage she ensures that the appropriate pressure is being applied and ensuring that all my trouble areas are addressed. She is thorough in ensuring that I am comfortable throughout my session. At the conclusion of my session, she ensures that I'm comfortable and will identify if an additional appointment is needed to address my issues. She is literally sunshine and shows a genuine concern for her patients. I look forward to my appointments and appreciate her remembering details about me. It is these types of relationships and connection that make it easy to recommend Kristen and will keep me coming back! Love her.
I love to see Kristen here on Saturdays! She's amazing!! I always leave feeling so relaxed. Kristen also takes the time to really listen to my needs each time I come in. I appreciate that she is always letting me know in advance when she has availability or will be going away so I can make my appointments accordingly. Would highly recommend seeing her for anything from relaxation to dealing with an injury!
Kristen's hands are magic! I'd honestly thought I'd had good therapists in the past - but now, I refuse to go anyone else for massages. She has great intuition, makes you feel at home by checking in with you throughout, and is so kind and welcoming. Her skilled touch has put me to sleep several times. She creates such a comfortable environment, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for pure relaxation. If you can book in with her, do so quick! You won't regret it. I went to Shadhi for massage therapy, and the worst thing about her was that she doesn't practice in Ontario so I can keep her as my therapist. She made some serious progress on the condition of my shoulders and is amazing at her job. I would recommend her to anyone!
