So far they are pleasant, polite, happy bunch. Everything only took a short time to set up inside the super clean office. All the storage units are really clean even the garages you get to back into to do your stuff. Also has trollies and so on. I do think however prices are higher then most and there is a StorageMart on Country hills Blvd, I had told them on the phone I am new to this area and thought Airdre was my closest option. Guess I should have drove around first. It's not their job to lose customers but still.
Really enjoy using their service as it's extremely flexible, clean, and well organized. I will say that in order to get a 5 star review the payment plan could be a little more flexible and the process and paper/tree killing at registration should be streamlined.
I booked my unit over the phone, very friendly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately because I could not add my Dad's name to my lease so he could drop off my stuff I had to make the drive from Edmonton to Airdrie and back to Edmonton just to sign some paperwork so he could have access. I will say when I got to the office the lady that helped me was very friendly, really informative and gave me a better deal which I appreciated. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.
Amber was great, she explained different options, as well showing me different size units. Allowing me to make an informed decision , on what would be right for me. One improvement, would be E transfer payments, for all us on line people.
