Social Supper is one those why didnt I think of that??? Kind of place. GREAT business concept in a perfect market. The goal is to provide healthy, nutritionally sound meals, sourced locally, organic and ethical only. It was MADE to help busy parents feed their families well, for a reasonable price...the owner knows how tough that can be; shes a busy parent too.Fantastic, tasty food, quick and easy getting it ready and a new menu every month. All kinds of different seminars, kids cooking classes, camping friendly meals in the summer....they have a whole lot of stuff going on..WELL worth a visit; if its your first time, it wont be your last
My boyfriend and I are workaholics and social supper has made life so much easier for us. I order meals each month and because of the generous portion sizes we always have leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. It has saved me so much time and I'm a lot less stressed because I don't have to worry about meal planning and prep. Not only are the meals a great price, they're also delicious! They offer delivery and pick up but when I can, I actually LOVE going to prep for the hour and getting to see all of the lovely fresh ingredients going into my meals. The stations are organized so neatly and it's so much fun! And Kaidy is just awesome!

This is such an incredible local business! Always such amazing food options that are great for the whole family. Wonderful meal prep classes. Kaidy the owner is extremely creative and is always providing these fantastic classes whether it's to learn how to brew your own kambutcha, make a delicious pie around the holidays, create the perfect Father's Day meal, even how to make your own healthy sunblock without all the toxic ingredients. You can even get some great meals already prepared for your upcoming camping trip. Social Supper is such an amazing place to go to do some of these classes as a couple, by yourself or with friends or family. Kids love her classes too!!! She is constantly finding creative and helpful ways to make our lives better with her delicious recipes. I currently have some of her delicious food in my freezer in preparation for our baby coming soon so we won't have to cook once baby arrives!!!
Social Supper has hosted our non-profit organization on a few occasions and their food has been nothing short of amazing. From gluten-free options, to vegan, everything that comes out of that kitchen is so delicious and tasty. I know the owner and she is hands-down just a wonderful human being that also supports many local producers and believes in supporting the community. Go check them out!
