Worst experience ever!!! I am almost positive the vet is afraid of my dog (who is friendly and never bit anyone)I brought my pup in a few times (ear mites and lick granuloma) this vet made me muzzle my dog both times and even asked me to SHAVE him myself!!I ordered an item and paid for it and then had to chase them around monthly to see where it was and finally had to go in to get my money back. If you are looking for a vet who loves animals and makes you feel like your pet is getting the best care, please go somewhere else!!!!
I just put down my dog Jaycee and the Staff and Dr that where there were all so great and caring. I just want to say thank you to them for how well they took care of my baby girl Jaycee.
Awesome service!! Ran here after my dogs eye was scratched by a cat and bleeding. My own clinic turned us away as they had other appointments. The Doctor was very nurturing and considerate of my dog and her pain. I would definitely return here. Thank you!!
I have been there a couple times now. The doctor is very kind and professional. He is understanding and tries to help your four legged family member. The front desk staff were very nice to my dogs and helpful during my visits. They also are very accommodating when I need to book a visit quickly.
Compassionate and Caring. Our female canine was in need of an immediate visit to the vets due to an ear problem. While Apex was not our current vet they got us in within an hour of our call time. We arrived to find a happy receptionist who checked us in quickly and was professional with a great personality and very interactive. When we got into the room for the examination Dr. Mattu was thorough in checking our documents to make sure our girl had all her medical needs met. Her examination was detailed and we were taken thru every step of what needed to be done to get her well. We were not rushed and my husband is thrilled with the service his fur baby received!
