I had serious problem that NOBODY could seem to help me with! Not a branch with tellers, not telephone banking, no way no how! I was at the end of my rope..:( Then I did one last effort and went to this branch, Marco helped me and OMG! He was FABULOUS!!!! He actually looked into my problem and made some inquiries and found out what was going on! And the best thing yet, he FIXED it!!! I was ready to switch banks...I was done. But if Marco can be the one to help us in the future then we will stay.....SO happy..:)
This is probably one of the worst CIBC branches I have dealt with. They recently have gone "digital" at this branch as they don't have enough volume. I went in to make several business account deposits and they couldn't accept my deposits at this branch as "they are Digital now" and I had to go to another branch to make my deposits. Overall I think CIBC has the most unfriendly staff and despite me going into a branch every 2 weeks they don't even make an effort to know who I am or to be friendly. Other banks we deal with are far better and we are looking to changing our business accounts to another bank because of this.
Worst. No one to help when you walk in. Told to take a seat for an undetermined amount of time. Just needed help with a locked Visa. Left after 10 mins with no service or info.
