Worst banking experience i have ever had. The teller was extremely rude and ignorant avoid this bank at all costs. Your better off driving to calgary.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH!! The turn over and communication at this brach is horrible. In the 6 months we had a mortgage for our new home there were 4 different brokers. None of whom communicated with the other. They continuously made mistakes, taking our payments from the wrong accounts on the wrong dates. We would be told the payments would come out on a certain date and it would not, leaving us with bank fees and far too much time and effort trying to resolve the issues. Every time we go in it would be a different person oblivious to what had originally been communicated to us, this happened REPEATEDLY!! On top of that there is only ever one teller and always a lineup. Changing branches.
lazy staff, unprofessional, untrained they don't reply your phone calls, Branch Manager need some training, lack of knowledge, Not even in Business Attire, wear casual clothing.
I can't understand how they manage this branch, Saturday hours 9:30 Am to 4 Pm on this website, i went there its closed.I note on the door has different work schedule!!!! I drove to the other location SW of Airdrie , rude and unprofessional teller. I don't know how they pick and train thier employees????
The teller was friendly but I was there to withdraw a large amount of cash to purchase a vehicle. She informed me my daily limit was high enough but she could only get me $2000. The rest of have to go to the ATM. The whole point of going to this branch over the SW Airdrie branch was to deal directly with a teller, not just use the ATM like they make you do at the other branch. Not only are these transactions that count towards my monthly fees but the safety aspect of having a line up of people behind me while I withdraw a massive stack of cash (ATM only gives out $50s and $20s and no envelopes might I add) is a bit unnerving. I will likely be switching my multiple accounts, credit cards and line of credit to a more client friendly bank in the near future.
