After having my pedicure done, I paid and tipped, but when I went to leave, the girl stopped me. She didn't speak English, so I had to wait for a translator. They didn't charge me tax, so they asked me to pay $1.70 more. After I got home, I realized she missed my baby toe! First coat, 2 coats of polish and a top coat, and missed a toe?!! I didn't realize I needed to count to make sure. They were closed for the day. I went back the next day after work, and they were closed at 6:40 instead of the posted time of 7.
Very disappointing experience, I went for a manicure as a treat as I rarely get one done, The whole time I was there the guy said two words to me Round? Square? All the staff including the guy doing my nails spoke to each other in another language and completely ignored me. He tapped my finger a few times throughout the session to get them out of theway. I was wondering if the tools had been sterilized because there was some crud on one of them? I thought the tools are usually sterilized and sealed in packages? He could speak English because the amount was said very clear when he wanted me to pay!! I was so happy to leave and I will never go back
I love this nail place! Jenny is amazing, yes sometimes they get super busy and when you have an apointment you have to wait, but lets be honest, what nail place isnt like that. Jenny always makes sure I leave happy and I am very picky when it comes to my nails, making sure they are all exactly the same, even when its super busy in the salon, she takes her time and really cares about clients!
Awesome salon. Staff always make my nails look amazing!
