Dined in the restaurant, wish I hadn't. About 5 or 6 staff sitting around, super loud. No one can be bothered to clean any tables or floors. We sat at 3 different tables, they were ALL sticky and every other empty table was filthy. The floor was sticky as well. If this is how the front end is kept clean, makes me wary of how well the kitchen is kept clean. Will never go back.
Not the best. In a pinch it keeps me fed but honestly I would almost prefer to go anywhere else. Especially for dinner. Did you know for the cost of a big mac, a drink and fries you can actually buy a steak and cook it at home? I appreciate that they are everywhere but given the choice between a little mom and pop resturant or Mc D I will try something new and independent.
I just love the way McDonald's has been the leader in redefining the fast food industry. The whole McCaf concept is fantastic. The online ordering, table service, self serve kiosks and the training of the staff to be warm and friendly is incredible. It makes for a great place to actually sit and relax.
Tried mobile ordering w/ curbside service tonight. It took a good 10 minutes longer than ordering inside. We received most of our order but were told 2 other items would be another 5 minutes. We decided to wait. 8 minutes later she returned to tell us one of the 2 items we were waiting on would be another 45 minutes. I changed to a different item since that seemed to be the quickest way we could be on our way. It was still an additional 13 minutes before we got the remaining items and could head home with our now cold supper.The problem was one that probably would not have happened had we gone inside to order, but we didn't and it did. Lesson learned.Somehow something manages to be left out of the bag. I shouldn't have to unpack it every time to make sure something hasn't been left out.
Worst ever! Absolutely everything I asked for was incorrect. DON'T GO TO! Fries had no flavor, and were cold. Asked for extra extra extra extra pickles and got 3 in total. Horrible. Burger had no onions, and was like ice cold. This is just pathetic.
