Very very slow service and it has been for some time have waited 15 minutes with one people in front of me. OMG. TODAY WAS 9 MINUTES and 2 people and no food was ordered the one had a hot drink the other hot drink and a donut. wow
This has got to be the best Tim Horton's in town. Staff is friendly even in the wee hours of the night, and they have never made a mistake on my order - compared to other Tim Horton's, that's saying something. As with any Tim's the food is cheap and you get what you pay for, but at least at this Tim's you GET what you pay for and not a sandwich roulette.
Taste like the same coffee in victoria and that's makes me happy!
Had a few issues at this location. A couple times they made a grill cheese sandwich, and the cheese was still cold and hard. But what matters is that when I complained, they made it right. The coffee is always on par with most coffee shops, and the food is often very good. Wait times for walk inside a bit long, if you have a car I recommend going through the drive though. 4 stars! Not perfect, but very good.
This location has gone down hill with customer service has gone down hill. Something you should work on as well getting orders right.
