I was in a few weeks ago to get some work done and everyone was very helpful and thorough. Had work done with no pain during or after the work was completed. I've been to a few dentists and DR Quach is one of the best I've seen. Great work
My family has been going to Grace Family Dental for 6 years. Great service and upfront about costs. My son feels comfortable going in the back and talking to all the hygienists and assistants. The staff always make time to talk to him and know his name. This makes him feel special. They have a stampede party for the kids every summer with lots of fun activities in the parking lot. There is free coffee and water in the waiting room. I would definitely recommend them.
Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I see Mohammad for my cleaning and he is very gentle and he is very efficient. Even though I am very nervous when I go to the dentist, Dr. Quach and his assistant, Kayleigh, calm me down. They are both very professional. When I get work done I dont feel any pain. I also enjoy talking with the reception ladies and all the help they give me with my insurance.
The Grace Family Dental team are the best!! I was always worried about going to the dentist. They have turn my fear into an ease and peaceful state of mind. I no longer feel stressed and anxious about going to the dentist. I actually enjoy every visit now and the results Im getting are wonderful. Highly recommended to all looking for a great place to look after your dental needs.
Low tech high cost dentist. have 90% coverage and seeing the hygienist still costs $100-200 because their rates far exceed what your insurance deems acceptable leaving you to pay the balance. They do not offer anything new like sedation, sonic cleaning or any of the new bells and whistles to explain the rates this is definitely the metal hook treatment. Have a tooth to be removed? Send you to a plastic surgeon with a 300 consultation fee because they don't have the setup to do it. And yes they like to do stuff that's not covered by your insurance so you will have to be on top of things to make sure you don't walk out to a $300 bill even though you have decent coverage.
