Came in on a Tuesday afternoon not knowing really anything about mattresses and whats on the market. I was not looking to spend a small fortune but wanted a quality mattress. Dexter met me all most at the door and after going to a few other places and wandering around for 15-20 minutes with no help it was a refreshing surprise! Unfortunately spending my time at the other stores only gave me an hour with Dexter the first visit. He took that hour and gave me all the info I needed. After going to a "big Sale" only sale a few days later to see what the competitors could do to match this customer service I got from Mattress Mattress and more importantly Dexter. After trying to get Info I met 3 other people also in the process off buying a new mattress. We all agreed to head straight to mattress mattress to give Dexter our business. Being in sales myself I can appreciate the enthusiasm and knowledge he has for products and even similar comparisons to other products. The old saying is you buy from who you like and this is a prime example. There are a lot of options for Mattresses out there but if you go here they will help you make the right decision.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I spent the last month researching and testing mattresses and was unwilling to compromise until I found the perfect one at an affordable price. Mattress Mattress was the only store that could meet my rigorous standards for service and value. Matt delivered a masterclass in his approach to customer service. Friendly, informative, low-pressure yet focused. He was dialed in on finding the perfect fit for me using his subject matter expertise. I stopped by the store on multiple occasions and ended up spending several hours with him as he patiently guided me through the process. After doing my due diligence in shopping around at other locations (it's a bit ironic how exhausting mattress shopping can be!) I headed straight back to give my business to Matt and the crew at Mattress Mattress.The bottom line: if you're in the market for a new mattress, this is where you start.
We have bought two beds from here now and both times it was a very pleasurable experience. The staff are very patient and knowledgeable, they will help explain the different mattress types and show you various options. No pressure sales technique, and the prices are very reasonable. We'll be heading back when it's time to upgrade our youngest son to a bigger bed in the next few years.
