Been dealing with Graeme at the Airdrie location for just over a year now. Can't recommend him and his team enough! Always a fast response for either new or changing service, or just advice. Bought a new truck and had new pink slips in a matter of minutes. Had some water damage and his advice probably saved me some cash in the long run, but he gave us all our options to help us make informed decisions. Top notch service!

We were referred to A-Win through our realtor. Best call I made was to take that referral. I had spent the entire day dealing with various insurance companies who were either too busy and sloughed me till after the weekend or had weird restrictions and was thoroughly disheartened by the time I spoke to Alix of A-Win. She was amazing, as her day had run long she actually returned my call after her normal business hours and to top it off she was cheerful and friendly (so much more than I can say for anyone else I spoke to that day). She quickly and efficiently got my insurance sorted and from that point forward she dealt with everything. As a first time homebuyer she was so helpful and made everything so easy, I had no worries throughout the process. Ive have cancelled my home and auto last month with a win. Increasing my rate eotj falsd information on my home after I told my broker not to charge that through he did. I cancelled and just had a full home and auto payment come out today. Send a few emails since cancelling havent heard back. Doesnt surpass me. I at one point found out I had no home insurance for 3 months but they didnt notify me for 3 months!!! Poor service from the broker I had won no apology and proper procedures done. I think he forgot who was client and what service was. Ill be calling the owner tomorrow to get this sorted out. Family first insurance is recommended.
