Pick up times are always wrong. I show up on time and wait for an extra 20-30 minutes in the store to get my food, only to have it wrong.Call in and explain, and they send for a free pizza to the store. The store employees want to make sure its not their fault. Takes another 15 minutes just to get the pizza in the oven. So altogether Have now waited well over an hour. Not worth the hassle. Go somewhere else
Popped in for a take away pizza.staf were really friendly. Shop is lovely and clean... Pizza was lovely and fresh and tasty.We will be back again.i recommend to all pizza lovers to try

I normally love Panago. Their pizza and prices are great, and their app is fantastic. However, last time I ordered, delivery guy charged a fee to use their debit machine?! I was never informed that there would be a fee during the ordering process. I always figured that was included in delivery charges, not something they decided to add on as an after thought. I contacted customer service, and they said they would look into the issue. I have never had to pay additional fees at other pizza places.
