Ordered hot wings, medium pepperoni pizza and a medium meat lovers pizza. The pizza was super hot and fresh. The price was reasonable in my opinion, we got a family combo deal.This was our first time ordering from this place and I was pleasantly impressed. Delicious pizza! I recommend giving them a shot! Yum!
Ordered a pizza was told would be 30 mins gave them an hour never showed up. Called to get an ETA and it was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for a driver. Was told it would be another 25 minutes still. Very poor derlievery service.
Pizza was stone cold, had to heat it up once it got here, didnt get all my items I ordered. Cheesy bread tasted like it was a week old
I had heard the food was good, so I had looked online for a menu, called, and placed the order. When I arrived to pick up my order, the cost was more than I was quoted online. I was told that there was an error online, and it wasn't valid pricing. After some negotiating, it was honoured. To avoid future confusion, I grabbed a menu from the counter.The pizza is good. Today I placed an order, from the menu that I had grabbed a few weeks ago. I asked, on the phone for the total. Again, it was more than what was quoted. When I asked, I was told that the menus were a mis-print. If informationis incorrect, it should not be made available to clientele, or it should be honoured. Even llamas can get their poop in a group. It's a shame that their customer service is lacking, because the food is good.
I am not sure if they have new management, but things have changed at Pizza Cottage lately and it isn't for the better. The pizza dough used to be thicker and perfectly cooked and the sauce used to be just a little tangy. Lately the dough has been way to thin on the main part of the pizza and the crust has been thicker, almost as if they are stretching the dough too much. It has also been under cooked in some parts and a little burnt in others. The sauce seems different now as well, a little sweeter and with a somewhat unpleasant taste and there is rarely enough on the pizza.The service, however, has always been great and they do have some great 'cheesy bread' that is essentially garlic fingers.
