Staff were nice, and the pizza although not hot and ready was made in less than five minutes from ordering.
Worst little ceasars I have ever been to. Little old Asian lady has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Walked in the store was ignored even looked at then received no acknowledgement. Then asked may someone please take my order as the lady then said yeah ok then proceeded to talk with another employee so I walked out. Called the owner he apologized but it definitely seemed like he didn't care. Spend you money else where. I get it's a cheap pizza joint but come on.
Just witnessed the elderly Asian lady screaming at the younger girl because there was a line up. The Asian lady didn't understand our order and then as she was screaming at the other lady, I have never witnessed such aggression in my life! It was awful. I asked her to stop and told her she cant do that and asked her name. She told me she didn't have a name and nearly threw the pizzas at me! I have never in my life had such a bad experience! It was horrible. My son and myself were left shaken after it! Does anyone know who the manager is here?
Ordered a deep dish pizza here. When I got home we couldn't eat it as it was completely raw inside. Stringy dough raw!! I took it back and was given attitude. They said "So you want it well done then?" I said I just want it cooked properly.. the second one came out raw too!! Location in the NW by superstore is far better!!
This was my first job back in 2011. I'm not sure if the original owners' are still there, but they were running a really shady business then. They fired almost all their Canadian staff at one point and I heard other shady claims from previous workers as well. I remember we weren't allowed to have light conversations with our co-workers while we worked AT ALL. The owners' had zero tolerance for any type of talking. The owners' let their little girl run around the store, running in front of the pizza ovens, screaming, while we were busy trying to work. I had to constantly watch for her to make sure I didn't accidentally hit her with hot pans or trip over her (I had a few close calls). The management was awful back then and plain rude. It looks like that hasn't changed. I did my job quite well, especially it being my first.. I went in to work one day and the owner said "we will call you when we need you." It was the most informal way to fire/let go of an employee. Although this is an older experience, I hope someone will read this and AVOID this location. Do not work for them.I've never returned since then and refuse to give them my business.
