So ordered a pizza and the guy shoes up late than the eta time. 15 mins late. I had requested a extra side sauce and I was charged but after the payment was made and the delivery guy was gone I see no side sauce. Secondly I know who own and runs a place as I had previously had a problem with him as well but this guy will never apologize for the shortcomings from his and his employees. Additionally he should be really taught as how a customer should be treated, and ways to provide quality services. I guess this was my last try too order from papa John's. My suggestion Papa John's should find a new operater or a well respected person to run this franchise rather than this arrogant person doing it now. Such a unclean store. I don't know if Alberta health is even tried doing a suprise check at this store before.
We ordered from papa John's in Airdrie a few weeks ago and it was delicious. The pizza was so yummy and it was super fast. Ordered again tonight and it took an hour and a half to get the pizza. I tried to call to see if I could just cancel the order, the phone disconnected after 5 minutes. Called back, exact same thing. When the driver got here I asked him if the pizza was even still good because it had been so long since I Ordered, he assured me that it was fresh and the store was super backed up. Opened the pizza, not fresh at all. I asked for the pizza to be well done and it was burnt. Pizza had very little meat or sauce. Overall my experience this time was not great at all. I probably wouldn't order from them again. Disappointing.
Ive tried to order online today but I am having hard time to see the menu because it asked for the delivery address which I have entered it FIVE TIMES and it keeps on telling me the address is not correct or something. So I ended up calling to order. Since this is my FIRST time to TRY with this company and I do not know the menu they have seems the representative got annoyed when she feels I dont know what to order. She sounded really rude for me. Hey! Instead of you guys will help the customer what to order you dont need to be sounded like you are annoyed specially if it is your FIRST TIME CUSTOMER WANTS TO TRY YOUR FOOD. Customer service is very important. It shows how you are treating your customers versus your services and might be in your food. I WOULD NEVER even try this company ever in my life. Very terrible customer service Ive ever encountered!!! NEVER
So I ordered from the Airdrie location as I always do which is usually great and I always order online ordered a large pizza and wings for pickup I get there and there's only wings on my order and had to wait for my pizza plus I won't get my points for ordering online not happy with this experience at all!!!
Messed up the same order twice in one transaction. Gave them another try 9 months later only to find out that they just gave my pizza to someone else but will make me another one if I wait some more.I guess one star for consistency.
