Braydon and Matt did a great job with our local move last Friday 15 June 2018. They both worked hard and were very professional, polite and helpful. No issues and no hidden charges. Thanks a lot guys. Highly recommend Airdrie Moving, great rates and service. Estimate was very accurate too.
Only gave them a 1 star because I couldnt give anything lower. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The movers are slow and lazy, and will mishandle all of your items with no cares given to if something is scratched or broken. And management is extremely rude, they also dont care how the truck is packed and their only response is a shoulder shrug and accidents happen. They caused over $2000 in damages to my belongings and have done the bare minimum to fix damages they caused. There has been a reimbursement check in the mail for 2 weeks now. This companies idea of fixing their mistakes was to send a check for $200 to cover the $2000 worth of damages they caused because thats whats in their contract. Its been well over 2 months and management still has not returned any of my calls, the receptionist doesnt pass along any messages, she will only email you about how accidents happen. Save yourself the head ach and hire anyone else.Update as of August 16th, 2018- since posting this review about my experience, the company has now sent messages that they would stop payment my check due to my review and gave me 24 hours to remove this or they would stop payment my check for damages they caused. Buyer beware when booking a moving company.
Have used them 4th time and their hard work on our move is always impressive. They always handled our staff with care, I don't mind that their rates get a little higher as I know they provide quality service. Great job guys and we have been always recommending you to our friends and family.
