0 STARS . I was one of the Ideal Protein clients, Julie is absolutely AMAZING. But the problem was with the owner.. I couldnt get a babysitter for my 1 year old and had to take him with me for my appointment, my son had a meltdown in the waiting room and he storms into the room and told me to shut my kid up because there was a facial in the next room. Not only that but he said I am lucky there was no massaging going on.. I have spent around $640 on this diet IN ONE MONTH.. that I am on and I have been a regular client to this spa, and I get humiliated ? Im sorry I dont have a MUTE button on my son.. if you dont like kids put a DAMN SIGN ON THE DOOR stating NO KIDS!!!!!! Im taking my business else where, and some place I get treated with some respect, especially from the owner .. this should not have happened! Word of mouth spreads quick, I promise you I will always give a bad review for your business. (Using husbands google account as I dont have one)
The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. After a PRP injection in my forearm, Ive been going for laser therapy with Peggy to fix a tendon tear. Shes very knowledgeable and caring. My tennis elbow pain has improved immensely after over 30 treatments on a 5 year old injury
Been to massages prior, unable to find a place I loved. First experience at Annas spa, I knew this was going to be my go to place. The massage therapist was amazing, great personality, very informative and to this day, the tips she gave me for at home prevention helps prevent my neck from seizing up (prior it would happen atleast twice a month). Recently I had my first massage from Anna and I was even more in love with this place. So much knowledge and advice given to keep my muscles in tip top shape, I truly appreciate this. You will always get a referral and recommendation from me to anyone who is looking for an amazing spa! Thank you.
I am currently in the Ideal Protein program and I drive clear to Airdrie just to have Julie as my coach. She is amazing. She listens and does not judge. She is always full of suggestions and support. Not only has she helped me through this program I have also developed a friendship with her. If you are looking for a program that works and a coach that can help you reach your goals I highly recommend Julie!!!!I also go see Stephanie. She is the best massage therapist I have ever gone to and I have had several massages throughout the years. She gets into areas that I didn't even know were hurting or needed worked over. I have taken my mom to start seeing her as well. My mom is on the waiting list for two new hips and is constant pain. Stephanie is able to give her some relief and make her feel better, which for her is incredible. Any moment of time that we can take away from her pain is such a relief for her.TERRI :)Terri
Low Level Laser Therapy with Peggy has been amazing! I've had knee pain and scar tissue from surgery for 30 years and after 5-6 sessions my pain has diminished and there are visible changes in the appearance of my knee. I have way less pain during sports and hiking and I've started getting some feeling back. I have no arthritis pain anymore and it's feeling stronger. (She is also an amazing, healing massage therapist!)
