Literally the worst threading job ever .. I came in to get my eyebrows done before my wedding and she did a horrible job . She is overpriced for the low quality work .
Experienced terrible customer service. My sister-in-law and I took my mom here for a manicure and pedicure (with shellac) for Mother's Day. We booked for the three of us but only two estheticians were working so we couldn't all get them done together. The experience started off quite nice and relaxing until it started to get later in the evening and they started rushing us. I had to remind the lady doing my nails what stage she was on because she was running back and forth between my sister-in-law and myself. Our nails all looked fine when we left, after a $400 bill I will add (they charge $15 for each shellac application, armed robbery, probably costs them $1). I got home and my nails had already started to lift and chip. I decided to wait and see what they looked like in the morning. After getting ready in the morning, my nails were a mess, lifting and chipping. I called my mom and sister-in-law, same thing. My mom left for holidays the next day so couldn't go in to get them fixed. I went in to see what could be done and was told that my option was to get the shellac redone. That it had to be the product not the application. I told her I didn't want to get it redone if it's the product, that I wanted my money back and my time. She was quite rude and in the end gave me my whole $15 for shellac application back.I will not be back and will not recommend them to anyone. Way over priced for the quality and poor customer service. Wouldn't level with me on how frustrated it is to get your nails done to have them look like crap 24 hours later.
