Sam & Tracy literally amaze me every time I am there. The service provided by this store is excellent. Even though the prices are higher I love the faces. Thank you to Sam and Tracy for making my Sobeys adventure with my children the best
It's always very clean, friendly and helpful staff. The lines never seem to take too long to go through. Great selections. The only downside I ever find is that Sobeys can be pretty pricey. Overall, great store though.
Have always had good experiences there however last week I did an online order for pick up. Total was $111.23. Went and picked it up and didnt notice the receipt said $122.31. Than that night see a charge on my card for $126. I go to the store and they add to my account for online only. Super frustrating as I rarely shop online and you have to spend a min of $40 for an online order. So now I have to spend more money to get back the money they overcharged me I call and ask for an in store credit instead and they transfer me to a manager who transfers me to someone else who ends up hanging up by mistake. What a huge waste of time
Decent grocery store. I found the prices to be higher here than at other stores in Airdrie. Sobeys bakery is one of the best though for cakes and breads.
