I've had many occasions to use Fountain Tire over the years - different locations. It's my opinion that this is an exemplary enterprise, that I believe is trustworthy.
I was able to purchase new all weather tires and have them installed while I waited. It was fast and easy to do. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Convenient location and a comfortable area to wait inside the shop. Great service!
Super fantastic staff! Very professional. They helped me pick out a great all weather tire for my truck. And they could fit my truck in within a couple days even though they were booked.
Had some tires re-balanced last weekend after being jerked around by Canadian Tire. These guys were exceptional - they fixed CTs screwup and got me on my way in under an hour. Phenomenal customer service and knowledgeable techs - will recommend to anyone.
* Amazing customer service from the owner and team at Fountain Tire Airdrie!! Took my trailer there for new tires recently.They were able to fit me in without an appointment, explained everything they did, and took extra time to correct some other damaged parts that became evident once the wheels were off. They had to be rush ordered from across town but they still got it done during the same appointment. Super friendly guys. Don't think I will go anywhere else for service now!
