I dont understand why people are posting about a gas station for a mobile cell store? I dont think it's fair to lower this store's rating with complaints about the Superstore gas station.
I was in the store today, getting a new phone. I did not get the gals name but she was amazing! She was professional, fun to work with and knew her stuff. Very knowledgeable! Went beyond the call of duty, she even down loaded my pic app for me and put my pass words in my notes!! She was awesome! Sorry I didn't get her name but everyone should go and see her, and I will be referring her and this store to everyone I know!! Thank you so much for your help today!! May 28, around 2:00 pm
Dealing with Morgan the other day was the best phone shopping experience my wife and I have had. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product he went above and beyond. Thanks for a great deal and excellent service.
We went to The Mobile Shop because another telcom store was too busy to get service. It was a good/lucky decision, and we will be returning in the future. Mike was clearly knowledgeable about the plans (and carrier limitations); he walked us through the options available in our price range, and added a trade-in to sweeten the deal. You will not find service like this at any of the major carrier retailers - try The Mobile Shop before you go elsewhere - they provide phones on all of the Canadian mobile carriers.
Morgan went above and beyond today to help me sort out the issues I was having with my account. He could have easily said "you'll just have to call them" because I clearly was not going to be making a purchase, but he got on the phone himself and talked to 3 different people until somebody helped me. Highly recommended this place!
