I've been to the brick only a few times and most recently last week... I'd have to say the staff there are extremely polite and very helpful! Rainier really helped me out a lot with finding the right piece of furniture for my new home! I definitely made the right choice shopping here and would recommend this store to anyone looking for some new furniture!
Went to the brick for a quick purchase ended up buying way more than I was supposed to haha. The staff there was awesome and everyone was super friendly! Our sales guy provided us with loads of information! We picked the right place for good pricing!
Great experience, lots of assistance, easy to deal with:I had an issue with delivery of a bed frame and the brick dealt with it fairly and to my satisfaction. Love our beautiful new bed frame!!! HOWEVER overall experience dealing with the Brick was pretty crappy. I went into the store upon looking online first, I knew exactly what I wanted it was just a matter of making a decision. I was disappointed to discover delivery does not include assembly. My sales person simply said "don't you have a husband or something?" Then concluded to "It will take you literally like 10 minutes and the delivery guys will unwrap, remove and dispose of all the garbage." FALSE! The delivery man politely explained it was against their policy to do so. Anyways an hour and a half later the bed sssembled. Not necessarily difficult to put together but most definitely tedious. Would not shop at this location ever again.
The staff were very knowledgeable, we gave them our budget and they were able to get us everything we wanted and then some. Gurmeet B was an amazing sales person was very polite and patient with us and our young child.
