Purchased a Bluetooth speaker here, the sign said it was on sale for $11.97, down from $70. I thought it was a great deal and when I went to pay for it, the cashier offered me a 2 for 1 deal which I thought was awesome. Later on I found out the speaker was actually $5 and he tricked me into buying two I didn't need instead of being honest and telling me the sign with the 11.97 price was wrong. He acted so nice and friendly making me feel like I was getting an awesome deal. So deceiving to make an extra few bucks. I'll never be back here to the source and will continue to warn others of this.
Time and time again, Shukan (store manager) goes above and beyond in assisting his customers and ensuring they receive the attention they need. Being regular customers I am always satisfied. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Shukan and his team are very customer-focused, and really show that they are willing to do what it takes to understand what their customers are looking for and find solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
