Can be hit or miss for service. They always have deals, so never buy at full price and always haggle for a deal. I like their warranty plans that, if not used, get credited towards new products. Definitely wouldn't recommend them for cell phones as last time I upgraded there, my bill more then doubled even after I was confirming that it wouldn't increase. Visions was zero help in rectifying it, wiping their hands and sending me directly to Bell.
Currently in the process of doing a whole home renovation and wanted to get some ideas on the latest and greatest in tv's. The sales staff was helpful and not to pushy while i was perusing. Did not end up buying but will defiantly be back, we like to support local businesses and i got a good feel from these folks.
Yanik was fantastic! He is an expert in his field and asked pertinent questions to assess our needs. He really listened to us and heard our concerns. Without pressure or any "sales tactics", he steered us towards the products that would be a good fit for us, and discussed our needs to narrow down the best fit in terms of use, quality, and budget. At all times he respected our wishes. We left the store and compared items at 2 other places, and we ended up coming back to our first stop: Visions! It's the people that make the difference, and Yanik won our business!
Just go somewhere else. High pressure sales tactics. Terrible communication. Feels horrible when you can just painlessly buy elsewhere.
Great service at this location. Very helpful staff that gave me knowledge on what I was buying so that I felt informed but not pressured. Also the deals they have their often times are great. When I purchased my car starter last winter it was great service as well. They had my car scheduled in short order, installed cleanly and haven't had any kind of issue since install. My electronics go to here in Airdrie for sure.
