Terrible service! Rude staff. Tried to register my child, and they were extremely un-helpful, I have no issues driving my child to North Calgary for a better experience.
Piece of advice to parentsWatch your children at this place , they have staff that are themselves students and not certified trainers i saw utter disregard for a child's injury and no attention was given by either of the coach/staffpiece of advice to staff owner need to train your team on how to deal with parents and issues i a more professional way . you have so i don't care attitude that you don't even give a number for yourself ( owner) so a parent can contact you in timely fashionyour staff does not even know if you are in facility or hanging out at booster juice amid classeswake up before its too late
The classes and instructors are great. Reasonable prices. Viewing area could use a few upgrades.
