I've been a member here since moving to Airdrie a few years ago. Great gym with awesome staff and trainers!! It has that small personal touch to it where everyone, especially new members, are welcomed right away. This snap location has everything we need from the equipment to tanning, showers, classes etc.
Recently I was working in Airdrie and went to use this location, it has all you need to get a workout in and lots of machines but I found it very annoying that the dumbbells were bent. They also have a small squat rack and a smith machine instead of a squat cage, not a complaint or anything just an observation for preferences. Overall, everything worked and the trainers who were present were friendly. They have everything a typical small snap without a studio has (tanning, change rooms, shower, etc...).
Tristan did not want our business from the word go. I had signed up for the 30 day promotion, but never got a chance to use it. I was told by Tristan that he wouldn't be able to honor it and the full gym membership fee would apply. I had to insist getting a week trial so I could at least try out the gym before deciding where to join. My wife also had an existing membership that had expired and decided we wouldn't be joining this gym. My wife had been told by Katrina that the fee for the access cards would be returned upon giving the cards back. Tristan told us to take our shoes off upon entering the gym and after we explained to him that we had been misled regarding the access card fee, he decided to give us an additional two weeks for free. He also mentioned not to call Katrina, because she was off work on her personal time. He never discussed any options with us regarding special promotions, corporate discounts, membership fee's. We will not stepping back here because they definitely do not want our business.
