What made this stay stand out were the employees at this hotel. The hotel itself was very clean and great location with lots of restaurants to choose from. The breakfast was great with lots of proteins to choose from. Once again I want make a point of the employees how friendly, helpful and happy they were. Will be back !!!
We stayed here during the Calgary snowstorm of Oct 2, 2018 when all flights were cancelled. The Airdrie Comfort Inn did an amazing jobs of taking care of us and everyone else who was stranded. Amazing customer service - thank you!! The breakfast (included) was also really good!
Stayed here for a few days. Good value. There are some complaints I have with the room that should have probably been caught by the cleaners. Burnt bulb in the bathroom and a tub that drained so poorly I could only imagine the hairball in the drain. (Or when it was last cleaned) Taking a shower resulted in standing in water up to your ankles. The drain was fixed when brought to their attention, I said nothing about the bulb - probably still burnt out. Linda in the breakfast area was a delight. It's evident she knows what she is doing and keeps things running smoothly. The pool is pretty basic. I noticed in the pool something resembling soapy scum floating on top. I checked with the front desk to see if it was safe to go in. The lady at the front desk referenced some sort of book and then assured me there was nothing wrong with it. I would have had a little more faith in that response if I didn't notice her in the windows multiple times with various people looking in on us and having discussions just outside the pool....
Wonderful experience! We were road trip weary heading home north. Upbeat greet from Heidi at front counter check in. She purely thanked us and included sharing some hotel amenities. Hotel room was very clean and tidy. Pillows were great as was the mattress as we both had a great sleep. Room also included a bubble hydrotub which my aching muscles and back enjoyed. Complimentary.breakfast was superb with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Lots of coffee. We were extremely pleased with our stay and will definitely share this with family and friends!
This hotel was a welcome site after a 9 hour drive! The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic and started our day right! Linda was awesome!! She was quick and polite and just the sunbeam we needed! The pool is kinda small so good for a quick dip
