Comfortable room. Helpful housekeeping stocking extra coffee in the room. Missed restocking cups for drinks 1 night. Front desk helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Hot tub was a bit too hot and wasn't able to stay in the tub for very long. Difference between hot tub and the pool temperature was significant.
The room my family and I stayed in was a comfortable and spacious standard room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. I had my 1 year old son with us so we were able to have some extra space for the playpen to be set up. The play pen was supplied by the hotel which was nice. Bathroom was also a good size. Good complimentary breakfast with excellent staff on board. Overall, the hotel smelled clean and tidy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Location not the most ideal as no restaurants are nearby, but I had a good experience.
Excellent hotel and exceptional customer service. From when you walk everyone is welcoming and courteous. From the breakfast staff through Housekeeping, wonderful job everyone! Will definitely make this my next stop when I'm in the area. Special shout out to Jessica (Front Desk) and Cathy & Emily (Breakfast staff).
Solid two star. If you are looking for a quick, cleanish place for a quick stop this is for you. If you are looking for something more, look elsewhere. Good: has pool, air conditioning, close to a lot in Airdrie and Calgary, has flavoured water in lobby. Bad: confusing entrance from main road, dirty as hell pool, check in at 3 not guaranteed to have room ready, hairs found on towels and in tub.
The bathroom had a sliding door which was rickety, but not a problem. Suite had a very nice kitchenette. Staff was very welcoming. Only gripe I have not giving it a five is the highway noise given the proximity of the freeway. Otherwise very pleasant stay.
