Brought our new Jeep in to get the 3M paint protection completed. WOW! I highly recommend it, and I definitely recommend talking with Jason Hill whom is the accessories manager about the 3M process. Jordan Miller did a fine job of making sure we were informed and knowledgeable about the Jeep prior to and following our purchase. In addition, a few days following the purchase we had our need met for an additional accessory through Jordan and the Parts Dept. They processed our request with ease. We were also pleased that our trade in vehicle was respected and not cut down for usual wear and tear. John in the Business office was organized and accommodating, and did not pressure us for the extras. Dale Roach, as always was friendly, and made sure we knew he appreciated our business. Ryan was amazing at helping me find my new Jeep Cherokee. I wasn't sure what type of SUV I was looking for, and Ryan helped me find something in my price range, and would make me feel comfortable for the coming winter months. I was also doing a trade in, and he got me a great deal for my car. Besides Ryan's amazing deal, he was also very honest, and I didn't find him to be pushy about buying the new SUV. He let me come to the decision on my own, pointing out the benefits of the vehicles he showed me. 10/10 would recommend, such a nice individual.
Want to give a shout out to Ryan our salesperson who provided exceptional service when we purchased our new Pacifica and was extremely patient whilst our kids were running around his office despite our sincerest efforts to keep them under control. The other staff members were extremely kind and generous as well. I don't think I've ever been in a dealership in my life where everyone had a smile on their face and made me feel welcomed. Almost didn't feel like I was even in a dealership. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and pricing, as well as a pleasant atmosphere to be in.
