Having built a career that's highly focused on customer service, I have high expectations and am not easily impressed. That being said, I can't think of a single buying experience that I've had that's been better than this one. I would recommend Race Track, Shawn Bruce and Shadow Cruiser to anyone looking for a quality product and 5 star customer service.
I purchased our trailer from another dealership that is no longer in business but met Shawn, Race Track's Service Manager, there as he worked for their service department. I followed Shawn because I trusted him and already had a working relationship with him. Recently I took my trailer to Race Track for the first time for its first real issues involving leaks and potential water damage. I was not let down at all. Not only did they know exactly where the water was gaining access to the trailer within a few minutes but during the repair process and through further investigation they found another leak at another window seal. They managed to repair all and still come in under the original dollar amount quoted. At no point did they attempt to say there would likely be any damage to any of the floor or walls to try to grab more money. As a matter of fact they pointed out what we would see if there were any damage to those areas so we would have peace of mind, knowing that our walls and floors were still in great shape. Shawn and the team all treated us with respect and dignity and explained everything in great detail all in terms we could understand. I would highly recommend this service department to anyone that has any issues with their trailer/camper.
Trailer went for some maintenance and upgrades. And I am more then pleased, they went well beyond what I was expected. Service personnel are very knowledgeable and very professional. They earned these stars. Good job.
