If I could give this dealership no stars I would. Their lack of communication between their financial department and how they treat previous customers is absolutely without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I traded my truck at another dealership. The other dealership sent the cheque right away. But keep in mind their financial department only accepts cheques from only their dealership so while it had to be resent it got resolved right away from the new non gm dealership I was with. This dealership lost the cheque and then kept taking money out of my account over a course of a few months. When I finally called them I spoke with their financial department whom essentially got that fixed after almost 3 months. At which point during this time I had been very patient for them to fix their error. To only recently find out they never reported I paid the vehicle to Equifax and now as a result my credit is ruined. I called to complain to receive promises for them to fix it and a call back the next day, and what do I get an email sent in the morning with no apologies but instead state "if I need the number here's the number to their financial department" I cannot even believe after everything this dealership has put me through and them ruining my credit they have the nerve to even send me an email like that and in that manner. They said they work only for their customers. Well if you want lies and false promises then sure go here. I will never go to GMC again in my life time!
Great experience with the entire staff at Davies. Especially our sales representative Steve Parsons. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to answer all our questions and easily help us through the truck buying process. Have had our truck for a little over a week and are loving it. Would recommend Davis to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
I've been looking to replace my current entry level leased truck with a bigger model that fits my needs better. Steve quickly identified the type of vehicle that would be a good fit for me (which other salesmen at other dealership weren't able to), went above and beyond to explain in details the entire process of getting my leased vehicle and shared some of his experience as a salesman, which helped me feel more comfortable and get a better understanding of where I was at with my lease and my options. When you go to a dealership, you expect to be somewhat taken advantage of and having pushy sales techniques used against you. I didn't feel that way at all with Steve, while all the way being very responsive to my requests, and I believe, honest with me.Although I ended up getting a different vehicle, I was impressed with the level of service I got from him, and will definitely be back when time will come to get my next vehicle. Definitely recommend him.
Steve our sales person was very helpful, friendly with great problem solving skills. He is also very organized and it shows in his salesmanship. Derick was great in the process after we were done with Steve. It got a bit messy afterwards but that was the financing department. Thanks to Steve and the GM and Bonnies skills, we were able to pick up our vehicle in a timely manner. Thank you Davis Chevy we will recomand your business to our family, friends and clients. And a big thanks to Steve again for his hard work!!
The staff here went above and beyond in the purchase of our new truck. From the initial contact and introductions to establishing what vehicle would fit our hauling and towing needs, to sourcing a vehicle for us as they didn't have one on the lot. Eunice was a pleasure to work with. She went way beyond expectations in finding the vehicle and bringing it in for us. Bonnie in the finance department went above the call of duty to get us a financial approval, including working from home on her day off, as we were in a time sensitive situation. All the staff was extremely friendly and extremely helpful .By far this has been the best vehicle buying experience of our lives. If your considering buying a new or used vehicle come and see Eunice.
