Brought car in for a tire change. Service was fast, friendly, and the technicians went above and beyond to make sure the car was in all respects ready to go, including areas not even associated with the tires. Airdrie Honda even went so far as to call a couple days later to follow up on how the car was doing. One of the most friendly and helpful car experiences either of us has ever had!
Definitely worth the trip from Calgary to Airdrie. Customer service was amazing. Our salesperson, Bernie, was outstanding. He showed us everything we need to know, very knowledgable and easy to talk to, this guy definitely knows his stuff and made sure we had the perfect car that suits us. Just sad that today is his last day would definitely see him as a manager already. But my bf and I are so grateful because this Honda branch catered to our needs and wants without feeling the pressure of buying something. I would absolutely recommend going to this branch for their exceptional customer service. Great job everyone!
I had a lovely experience with the staff of Airdrie Honda in buying my first car. They were very good at explaining everything, and not being pushy about any of the extras on offer. The team here was kind enough to accommodate me picking the car up a week earlier than originally planned, and had it ready very quickly.My Honda fit is used and in excellent condition. The team here made sure I understood all the features of my new car before I left. A small hiccup was that they didn't have a second key for the car, so I came back to get it. When I returned they also fixed a chip on my windshield, which was minor but still very nice to have done. I will for sure be returning to them for maintenance!All in all, a great experience. I will be recommending this place to anyone who is in the market for a car! In the process of car shopping, I went to look at other dealerships and was especially impressed by the condition of the cars here compared to the cars elsewhere. They are clearly well-maintained. If you're near Airdrie, make the trip. It's very worth the service and quality!
