Both salesmen we spoke with didn't take me or my husband seriously as buyers. They both tried to push us off and didn't want to show us cars. The one gave us wrong information about the fusion and the second guy was rude. Would not buy a car from here. Not sure why car sales people act like they're doing us a favour by being in their presence. When really they should be nice cause we're customers spending $$$.

I had an amazing experience with Cam Clark Ford in Airdrie. I put off repairing my vehicle until 2 weeks before the 2 year insurance mark. They got me in right away, fixed my car and detailed the interior! Very impressed. I highly recommend.
Sevice department is very organized and on their game! Excellent to deal with. Gabrielle knows her job! A superb service advisor!!!Everyone was very friendly. The shuttle driver was prompt and willing to try to help me get around. Cam Clark Ford is a great place to do business.
We had a great experience with Taylor in sales and Candace in financing. They were both really friendly and went out of their way to make our payments work with the cars we wanted. We would definitely deal with these ladies again!!I posted the above review before I realized Candace lied to us. We went into Can Clark being very open about the payment we wanted. We told them it couldn't be over $750 and if that wasn't possible then we would try somewhere else. We were told by the manager, Jane, that the best they could do was $818 so we would go somewhere else. We got a call from Taylor a few days later telling us they were able to get the monthly payment we wanted so we were happy and went in. Candace gave us the contract which showed biweekly amounts so my husband confirmed our payments were monthly and she told us they were. She asked us what day we wanted the payments to come out and we all agreed on the 10th of every month.We now realized she lied to us to get us to sign. The payments are biweekly so for two months of the year we pay over $1100 dollars. It is also a very strange coincidence that if you divide the yearly amount by 12 it comes out to $818 which is what Jane originally wanted from us.I understand we signed the contract but we trusted these people and believed what was said to us. Candace is true wolf in sheep's clothing. She had no problem making us pay an amount we said we couldn't afford and she even played with our baby with a smile on her face. I find the memory of it appalling and disgusting.Additionally we had a payment come out yesterday for only one car. She is clearly incompetent as it isn't the day we agreed on and the amount is for one car.We spoke to the manager Jane and she said we signed and please stop calling them. I would like to know when the amount for our second car is coming out and why the withdrawal date was wrong. Apparently asking these questions is inconvenient to Cam Clark Ford and we should leave them alone.
