I have been a patient of this clinic since it opened. Staff is polite and friendly. My family Dr is amazing.
These staff&employees are wonderful. Totally calmed me down(as I've never had my pupils dilated before), very impressed with how well the appointment went
Rude receptionist! When In today for a follow up appointment for my custom orthotics made my Dr Sefcik I walked to the front counter, waiting for a hello or Ill be right with you from the receptionist but instead got nothing from her. Holding my baby in her car seat, still waiting with no acknowledgement I was even standing there to check in I told her my name and Im checking in for my 9:30 appt. Still she said nothing. Sat in the waiting room with my baby and it was now 10am! Half hour past my appt time. When I went back to the counter and asked if it was going to be much longer she said she hadnt checked me in, and made a point to say she was busy when I gave her my name therefore she didnt check me in. Obviously On purpose. I wont be going back here and I wouldnt recommend any of my family and friends here either. The employees who work at the front counter make the first impression and if it a bad one people dont tend to go back.
All those who work there treat me with respect. Free parking. No long waits for service. Dr. Geleidi is excellent. Upstairs for medical but they have an elevator. Pharmacy on site.
Took my 79 year old dad, whom hasnt seen a dentist in 15 years, to see Dr Rajpal and he was shocked how gentle and easy the process was. My dad is already talking about scheduling his next appointment with Dr Rajpal for some dental work that he has been delaying. Thank-you Dr Rajpal for taking such great care of my dad, you have shown him dental work doesnt have to be scary!!
